1. Who We Are
Consultdoc Nigeria Limited is a registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), RC No. 8526197.
Our mission is to provide safe, affordable, and accessible healthcare through telemedicine to people across Nigeria.
All doctors on our platform are licensed by the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and all pharmacies we work with are licensed by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
2. What We Do

We provide medical consultations via video, voice, and chat.

Our doctors can assess symptoms, give medical advice, issue prescriptions, or refer you to a registered healthcare facility.

If a physical examination or in-person treatment is required, we will refer you to the nearest registered hospital or clinic.

We do not provide emergency care.
3. When NOT to Use Our Service
Do not use Consultdoc for medical emergencies.
If you have a serious or life-threatening condition (such as severe bleeding, chest pain, difficulty breathing, loss of consciousness), call Nigerian emergency services immediately: 112 or 122 (available in many states), or go to the nearest hospital.
4. Who Can Use Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian present if you are younger.

You must provide accurate and complete medical information during your consultation.

You must be physically located in Nigeria at the time of consultation.
5. How Consultations Work

Book a consultation on our website or mobile app.

Our licensed doctors will connect with you at your scheduled time.

All records are kept securely and confidentially in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
6. Fees and Payments

Consultation fees will be clearly stated before booking.

Payments can be made via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or approved payment gateways.

Fees are non-refundable once the consultation has started, except where required by law.
7. Prescriptions and Pharmacy Services

Prescriptions will only be issued by MDCN-licensed doctors.

Medicines will only be dispensed from PCN-registered pharmacies.

Consultdoc does not sell medicines directly; we connect you to verified pharmacy partners.
